Did Joe Biden Subliminally Endorse Ron Paul?
Radio show host Josh Tolley (some guy I have never heard of until seeing this video shared on Facebook) seems to have made a keen observation of a possible subliminal Ron Paul endorsement by Joe Biden.

I can’t say that I entirely agree with show host Josh Tolley, but I do see where he’s going with his idea.
The reason I say I don’t entirely agree with his idea of a Joe Biden “Ron Paul” endorsement is because his idea is bumping up against the “overthought” speed limit.
But again, a keen observation, in theory.
