How many people are in the military and need bullets for training purposes? What Stats do you have on that? The Washington Post reported that there is a surplus of vehicles and that they are trying to get rid of them. They know they have to many and don’t know what to do with them. Military surplus can’t just be sold to the pulic as is.

The military does not need hollow point bullets for training rounds, nor has the military ever used such ammunition as training rounds. It certainly does not need mine resistant ambush protected (MRAP) vehicles for use on American soil either. This is just another way the government has used our tax money to buy rediculous things. Most wasteful government I have ever seen in history!
